Daniel dreams of 4 animals symbolizing four empires

Daniel’s co-rulers get him thrown into a pit of lions, but God saves him.

God cut off some Israelites and grafted some non-Israelites into his family.

The law produces life, but Jesus is the pinnacle of life. 

The non-Israelites entrusted Jesus and found righteousness while Israel focused on behavior modification and missed it.

Everyone propelled by God’s Spirit is God’s child.

Corruption in our flesh opposes our minds.

We aren’t enslaved to corruption; we’re enslaved to God. 

Adam unleashed corruption while Christ unleashed life. 

Like Abraham, we receive good standing by depending on God—not by following the law.
