Mordecai is honored
King Ahasuerus imposed a tax on the land and coastlines. Everything he did in all his power including the way he honored Mordecai is recorded in the book The Chronicles of Media’s and Persia’s Kings. Mordecai the Jew became ranked second only to King Ahasuerus. He was famous among the Jews and popular among all his brothers, because he sought the welfare of his people and brought peace to all of them.
